Throughout her journey she uncovered the power of self-awareness, energy healing
and physical wellbeing. She saw the connectivity between yoga, meditation and ayurveda
as a combination for a holistic health approach. In her practice, she believes in
connecting the dots and incorporates a well-rounded approach to health through gentle
yoga postures, energy and chakra alignment techniques and ayurvedic tools to support
her student’s growth and healing process.
